This was a 9"x13" chocolate sheetcake I made for my husband to take to his work potluck for the superbowl. I bought some really cute helmet and football sprinkles for the borders and the team logos were just hand done with buttercream. The entire cake is buttercream.

Vanilla cake with BC icing. Gumpaste roses, plaque, and beads. Silver Luster Dust on beads. Cornelli lace saved me from a less than smooth icing job!

I did my brother's wedding cake and 10 yrs later I had the opportunity to do this anniversary cake for him. I used the same peach colored roses as the the original wedding cake....and I'm still looking for that picture!

This was an original idea. JOKE!!! lololOLOL goes to the kazillion other people who've made a version of this race track cake. Whoever dreamed it up should be quite proud! It was fun, and the four year old LOVED IT! All BC except for the asphalt track...which isn't asphalt, it's fondant. :-) Matchbox cars.

This is a 12"x18" sheet with an 8" in the corner in BC. The green is Wilton's spray color. This is for a graduation party for a kid that was on the football team so the small cake has the image of his helmet, a ball, and his number.

This is (2) 12 x 18 sheetcakes - torted & filled. One is 7UP lemon cake w/ a lemon lime curd & the other is a chocolate root-beer cake with root-beer flavored buttercream. The "confetti" are little stars - and the shells on the edge are red, white, & blue striped using Wilton's "bag striping" technique w/ Americolors.

Not my best work. It was rushed. My first genoise was a flop, so this was my second attempt (had never made one before). Also, I pulled an all-nighter doing this and my baseball cap and glove and ball. (once my hubby's alarm went off at 6am, I knew I wasn't sleeping that night/day)!
Anyway, it's a cocoa genoise, brushed with Kahlua and frosted with a mocha buttercream. It actually tasted very good.

I was asked on Wednesday if I could bring a cake to a church leadership training that we were doing on the 16th. I of course said yes knowing that I wouldn't really have time but did it anyway. Thought it would let other people know that I was doing cakes! Anyway, it didn't turn out like I wanted of course but it's okay. Double layer 9x13 vanilla caramel flavor with the Dulce de Leche caramel for filling, iced in buttercream with fondant accents.

This is my Confirmation Sheet cake with Cross Pan on top for our Confirmation Students. It's a Full Sheet Cake with Half Choc, Half Yellow and the cross is WASC. Royal icing Lilies and purple violets. It looked so plain with all white so I added the violets for a punch of color. The Confirmation Plaque is a purchased item and laid on the cake. I added a border for decoration. I make the cross pan so you could lift it off and serve separate. Enjoy.

this is one of two cakes I did for my first "website" customer. She called all the way from NC for a cake for her Granma here where I live. She wanted it to be in a "safari" type theme and that her Granma loved elephants. I hope I did the customer justice. It's an half-sheet white no filling with IMBC (man, I love that stuff) airbrushed with zebra stripes and elephant portriat on it.

This is an 11"x15" half vanilla half chocolate cake that was for a brother and sister. I wanted to make it look like to seperate cakes as much as possible. The toys are from DecoPac and I sprayed the colors on top with the Wilton can spray.
