The cauldron is chocolate pound cake covered in chocolate BC then Fondant. Fire, Froth, and Blood in royal icing. The zombie is MMF.
This is actually my take on the Rebirth of Voldemort from Harry Potter, but i just said zombie to stick with the Halloween theme and for anyone not familiar with HP.

This is a recent fear factor b/d cake I did for my daughter's 10th b/d party. Strawberry cake with twinkie filling, buttercream icing. We used gummy worms and a gummy spider for accents.
Thanks for looking,

This is the third cake i have made. It's Jack Skellington and I made it for my wifes birthday tomorrow. the base is 2 layer 12 x 14 chocolate that was originally going to be a tombstone, but I never cut due to how much cake would be wasted. His body is 4 layer 4 x 8. His neck is actually a Scott towel roll wrapped in Saran Wrap, buttercream and then fondant. For a head I used the Wilton ball pans. Base is buttercream, everything else is fondant with icing details. I custom made the stand to support his body

I made this at work with the help of someone else. We both worked on making the cat...I made the top of the pumpkin and he made the bottom. He made the bottom sides and I hand painted the scene and did the spider webs and ghosts. This was a wedding cake for a bride who told us she was having a Halloween wedding but that we could choose what to do for her cake. So we had fun. The photo of the cat part came out a bit dark...I think I need fresh batteries in my camera.

MMF and BC decorations, FBCT windows each with a different Halloween personality. Broomstck and bubbling cauldron are both MMF and BC and the graveyard on the left is MMF and the pumpkin patch on the right is BC. The spiders are all BC hanging from their webs. Its hard to tell but there are 4 pillars and then the cake is square and then there is another 4 inch cake on top , On each of the 5 total pillars there are tea lights to be lit on halloween.

I Loved making this cake, but it took FOREVER. It was my first character pan, and my first time piping what seemed like 4 million little stars. I got the idea for the facial expression from someone on this site but i cannot remember who, so thank you to whoever's cake I got it from.

I made this halloween cake for the kids at the residential treatment center that I work at. They absolutely loved it and thanked me with hugs!! It is a yellow cake with BC frosting, Oreo cookie crumbs, fondant tombstones, ghosts, pumpkins, tree, and a cat. The fence is made from chocolate.

This is a quick snapshot of my Halloween cake. It would have been a better picture if I would have taken it once I placed it on the glass cake tray. This cake was not perfect but all of my lil' ghost and goblins loved it at the Halloween Party.

This is a cake I did for a friends son who's birthday is around Halloween. The spider was made with the large and mini ball pans. All decorations are BC. Not my greatest work but I thought he turned out pretty cute. Enjoy!

Used the Wilton gingerbread haunted house kit to assemble. I didn't eat it - it didn't look to appetizing after all the icing was hard and it was finished.

This cake was obviously made for halloween. I won a dessert competition in Seattle with this. It was a pumpkin spice cake with pumpkin cream cheese frosting covered with fondant and airbrushed. The stem is gum paste.

I did this one last year for my cake decorating class. The pumpkins and tombstones are made of marzipan. I'm still new to decorating, and know it could be smoother, but hope you like it.

My 16 yr old son wanted a Clown cake that resembled his halloween mask for his birthday. I was up for the challenge!
It's just a yellow cake with butter cream frosting covered with MMF, then I used for the first time the Wilton spray paint in a can. It was ok. My son loves the cake.

Cake made for a friend, the Sasquatch or Bigfoot is made to look like a tattoo of his. All fondant, including people, fire and Sasquatch. First attempt at fondant people. They are supposed to be camping in the woods when the evil Sasquatch tattoo comes out and scares them, haha. Cinnamon cake with Buttercream.
