The cake was pictured at an angle so you could see the White Rabbit on the front, but I think you can still see the top picture okay. Everything was done with buttercream, and a lot of it was applied with paintbrushes & toothpicks. Thanks for looking! :D

This is a cake I made yesterday after receiving last minute notice that we were having dinner guests. It is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and I decided to dress it up a little with MMF bunny and leaves.

Cake made for a family party on Easter afternoon. I was dying to make a basket cake and what better way to do it than to have the Easter bunny brought in a basket. I had to draw the rabbit myself because I couldn't find one that I really liked to put inside the is a BCT.

2 round cakes, one for the face, on the second cake cut ears one from each side of the cake and center becomes bowtie. Ice with cream cheese frosting and attach ears and tie with icing. For the fur I used shredded coconut and colored it for ears, mouth, nose, eyes and tie buttons. Very fun and popular with the kids!!!!!!!!!!

The cake followed the nursery theme of Guess How Much I Love You. I made a rabbit from royal icing and placed it on a two layer buttercream iced cake. I painted the colors of the rabbit with thinned food coloring. This was my first time using a royal icing figure.

This is for my daughter's school raffle. I donated a cake last year which they used as the fourth prize, this year it has made it to first prize! Made from a 10" square, white chocolate mud cake, carved then crumb coated with buttercream with a fondant layer over that. I used a knife to make the "fur" marks and the grass on the board is made by pressing the tip of a star tube into the green fondant whilst it's still wet.

Thanks to bigcatz for the inspiration for this cake. I varied mine some, but it's the same general idea.

This is a 10" white round with choc. BC basketweave, coconut 'grass' and malt candy eggs. The bunny is actually the 'pooh bear' pan. It's white cake as well with BC icing and MMF ears.

This is a 9 x 13 inch cake, half strawberry, half deep dark chocolate, iced with vanilla buttercream. Bunnies are a FBCT. This cake was one of the most fun cakes I have made. Ya gotta get a grin over a bunny who got his ears chomped off! LOL Happy Easter!

Bunny is 3D bear, modified....egg is 3D egg cut in half... chick is cake scraps and bunny feet are cut mini balls. Had trouble doing the ears right. Anyway base is not is styrofoam and cake boards, wrapped and ribboned, and iced on top. Then dowels hold the cakes down to the board underneath. White spots are the sparkle dust I sprinkled on it at the end.

Here it is my first attempt at a cookie bouquet, my trouble was getting the cookies to not swivel in the foam. I used the green foam but still had problems.

It was fun and I am going to continue to do cookies as well as cakes.

This was for a combination first birthday and Easter party. I loved the way the cake turned out, but didn't think the photo shows it very well. It's iced in buttercream with cand easter eggs, gumpaste #1 and balloons.

I made these to take to Easter at my grandmother's. Come dessert time, she wouldn't let the kids eat them. She said they looked too pretty and she didn't want to see them "destroyed." She made the poor kids wait until it was time to go and then she passed them out. (Although a few kids snuck into them, hehe.) I used antonia74's icing recipe. To some of the colors, I added Lorann Oils orange extract.

A woman asked me to make a bunny cake for her family for Easter, and when I asked how she would like it decorated, her 5 year old daughter informed that she wanted it pink. I thought it was cute =)

A Peter Rabbit cake made for a Peter Rabbit themed baby shower. The cake is a 15 X 18 double layer, yellow sheet cake iced and filled with butter cream. The dirt on top was made by grinding graham crackers and brown sugar in a food processor. The grass is butter cream piped with the grass tip. Peter Rabbit, fence, cabbages, cauliflower, carrots, shovel, terra cotta pots, bird and mouse were molded from fondant. The whole cake was edible!!! The mom to be loved it!

This was the first fondant figure I've ever made. I dusted him with luster dust for some color, except his eyes, which I just painted the tiniest pieces fondant with black coloring gel. Everthing else was made with buttercream, including the veggies (I'm sure you can tell). If I would have had more time, I would have given him a fondant fence, but I felt I was too new at it to really "go for it"... maybe I should have =) Thanks for looking!

Rabbit, Piglet and basket are toys. The roof and windows are wafer biscuits cut into small pieces. NOT one of my best efforts!
