I decorated the extra cupcakes and small cake rounds as Pokeballs to go along with the Pokemon birthday theme. I definitely had fun making these. Thanks for looking!

This is a combined birthday party...our boys turned 4 and 5. CCC in the middle, with mini bear pan as pikachu. And, 6" rounds on each side. This party was a huge hit! I picked the ccc up and the icing cracked. I thought it was enough support, but guess not!

I wasn't given enough notice to make the ears and tail out of fondant, so I had to settle for poster board.

9x13 butter yellow cake with buttercream icing. Rayquaza was drawn freehand. I did this for my son's friend who hasn't had a birthday cake since his first birthday. He was thrilled! Thanks for looking!

I had a lady that I work with hand me a Pokemon Card with this little guy on it & wanted me to put on a cake for her son. After making it bigger with the copy machine in the office we work at I took & drew it on the cake with a toothpick then traced it & filled him in. Turned out so much better than I expected but I think it would have looked awesome airbrushed! I got to learn how to do that! I think this littel guy is a squirrel & his name was Eevee.

The little boy chose this Pokemon for his birthday party, but then his guest thought it was Chicken Little. This was a BCT on a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. It tasted better than it looked.

This went with the orange pokemon cake I did. It has spice frosting with carrot cake. The recipient didn't want anyone to even cut it because he liked it so much.

The character is rolled fondant. The ball is covered in rolled fondant. There are pictures of all of the characters going all around the layers of this cake that were printed on an edible image and cut out.

The birthday child loved it!

11x15 cake; all non-dairy; half chocolate and half raspberry. It was hard to find a Pokemon pic that wouldn't take a seasoned artist to draw, but I finall found one!

This is a Pokemon turtle called Blastoise that I made from the 3D bear and 1/2 of the sports ball pan, for my sons 8th B-day. The water cannons are made from pretzel rods dipped in white chocolate. The icing is all Buttercream - except for the green grass on the bottom which is Wilton's Boiled Icing ( it's like marshmallow cream), and the claws are white chocolate I just poured into triangles on some wax paper.

This is the Back side of my 3D Blastoise Pokemon Turtle cake - Had to secure the shell some with wooden dowels - was afraid it would fall off before the big event.

This is based off the Pokemon Lucario's plush doll, (inset picture). The actual cartoon character looks a bit different. I'm not real happy with how this turned out. I ket the body wider than the actual doll, so when I went to transport it, the head wouldn't fall off. It's the 3D teddy bear, with the feet moved forward. Pieces of cake board made the ears pointy. The grey parts and arms are MMF. The rest is BC. You can't see it in the pic, but there are some kind of dreadlocks hanging in the back.

This is a take on my 3d pokeball. I did a smaller version with the character "spoink" on top and then the famous Ash and Pikachu beside it.

I didn't have the Wilton pan for this cake so it is free-handed and placed on top of a second layer.
