This boy was so proud of his show lamb, his parents chose this picture for his birthday cake. (This is my first edible image made from an actual photograph. I learned my printer works better on best quality for photos...this was the second edible i printed for this cake!)

This is an edible image with the birthday man's head on Newman's body! I did it on my computer, and then had problems with my printer, so Traci was kind enough to send me one! What would we do without each other here?! She saved me!

I was actually missing one more Rose around the border when I took the picture. I had to run out to the store in the A.M to get the last flower. The CSR forgot to put in the bag. It all turned out ok...

This cake was made for a co-workers daughter who graduated high school. It was inspired by several photos and ideas from this site and some requests from my co-worker. It was my first time working with MMF. I have already received 2 orders from this cake.

The 3 tier white/ivory fondant cakes were adorned with handmade fondant pearls, flowers and leaves. Surrounding the cake were white chocolate lollypops with edible transfers of the couple's wedding photos, which were taken during/after their Las Vegas wedding. It was fun handmaking all the decorations and edible transfers for this special occasion for our friends.

I integrated an edible transfer photo of the soon to be bride and groom. Cake was iced with white chocolate ganache. Since the weather was rainey, this cake took forever to set.

Chocolate fudge cake (top tier filled with french custard -bottom tier filled with Oreo SMBC) iced in vanilla SMBC & covered in choc fondant. All fondant accents. Pictures are covered in contact paper & stuck on with SMBC. It's sitting on a lazy susan so that it could be turned around & the guests could see all the pictures.

This was made for my cousin's 40th birthday. It's a white coconut mud cake covered in white ganache and fondant. The photos are scanned and copied onto icing sheets and then attached to the fondant, the frames are royal icing, painted with silver dust, mixed with alcohol. The hibiscus are made with modelling paste and then dusted red.

Jeez, I can't spell for beans! This is the cookie that I made with the edible sheets my son "printed" out. they are picture of some character he plays, so...I made some cookies and pasted them on and let him have his treat! They would make a GREAT HALLOWEEN treat if they were not a copy write character!! lol

For DH, Edible image is from a photo we took on our vacation in maine (he loves the ocean!!!) This cake gave me sooo much trouble! It is a banana cake with pineapple filling iced with buttercream. Royal icing flower accents. It was way tooo moist and fell apart. I had to cut away 1/3 of it. So this is what I ended up with. He was very happy with it though.

This was cut from a 12x18 sheet. It was a lot of fun to do. The theme was sports, so I just put some edible images of different balls on it as well. The photos spanned from birth to present.

This cake is for a man's 60th birthday. His favorite things are his grankids. So his wife had me put them front and center. Choc/Raspberry,orange/orangebuttercream, strawberry /creamcheese. This idea came from Sugarshack's red and black art deco cake.

I admit this was her b-day cake, but it seems to fit the theme.
There's a story about the buttons - mom is a master seamstress and when I was a kid she could not stand to let me wear anything 'store bought' without at least changing the buttons. That's been a life theme for us - if nothing else works, at least try changing the buttons!
