This is 2, 6x3in stacked white cake filled with buttercream. It's covered in fondant. The Girl and the tub are made of marzipan. Her hair, hair pins and bubbles are royal icing and the top is trimmed with buttercream. I used a rubber stamp to inprint the eiffel tower and hand painted it in. This was for about 10 people (my family) for my sister Heathers' B-day.

This really had a Parisian feel to it! Maybe it was the black and soft pink colour combination. Whenever I hand-write on cakes, it always looks so French? I think it reminds me of those beautiful chalk menu boards at restaurants!

I made this cake for a Paris-inspired wedding shower. I had a gold and crystal Eiffel tower ornament that I wanted to include (on top of the puffed heart cake). The stacked cakes are covered in fondant and decorated with chocolate-covered tuxedo and dress strawberries, as well as fondant roses. Sorry the details are so difficult to see!

OMG.. this was suppose to be the cake I was going to do a tutorial on.. WELL.. 10 last night I realized I did not have any black icing.. I had to run to 2 different walmarts at 11 last night to find black gel.. SOOO needless to say, I did not have time to make step by step photos.. I had to rush this cake, being I was on it late last night and early this morning...
PROMISE! my next order on a cake such as this will be the one I make tutorial on..chocolate cake, fondant bow, royal icing poodle and tower...

This matched the partyware. The birthday girl wanted bright pink and "3D" fur! For some reason, the green on my FBCT is a little streaky/marbled. Not happy about that.

Used 3D ball halves for body and rice krispy treats to mold head. Not real excited about the way this one turned out but hopefully customer will enjoy it.

This cake is for my daughters 1st birthday. The eiffel tower is covered and piped in buttercream (this was her smash cake). The bottom 2 tiers are covered in fondx. The middle tier has fondx and choc. fondant accents. The bottom tier has white chocolate picture frames dusted in gold luster dust w/ edible images in them. It is trimed w/ chocolate fondant balls. The little girl is made from fondx and has pink sugar crystals as her necklace and trimming her flower on her belt and her shoes.

I just finished making this smash cake and cake for a little girl's 1st birthday. I got the inspiration from the Pink Poodles in Paris partyware and from Bambuf's poodle cake. I hope that was ok. Thanks for looking!

I made these cupcakes for myself for my birthday. They were White Russian flavored (vodka and Kahula). The icing wasn't that smooth but I got impatient, I wanted to get the Eiffel towers and fluer de lys on them.....and of course eat them!

Mom wanted something to match her the Poodle themed plates. Decided after I finished that she may need more cake, so I just added a smaller round. All BC-TFL!

My third cake. This time I learned how to smooth buttercream (Viva rocks!) and how to keep my fondant and gumpaste from cracking. The problem this time was that my buttecream kind of dried out overnight, and started getting all droopy. I used corn syrup and vinegar in the icing to help prevent cracking, but it still dried and slid. I gotta search the forums for an answer to that issue. But I'm getting there. Practice makes perfect. The only things not edible on this cake are the wires and cake topper

This is a shot showing the cupcakes and the cake together. The kids ate the cupcakes which were pink poodles and the adults ate the cake. The theme was Paris/Pink Poodle and was for my great niece's 7th birthday. She loved it.

This is one of my favorite cakes. I used an 18" round. The theme is so girly and I just love it. I had lots of fun making this cake. For the eiffel tower I used a candy mold. It came out perfect. Glad to share the idea. Amy M. Gonzalez
