This little guy is just precious! I love him so much I can't believe someone is going to eat him! I think the little hero pan is my favorite pan ever! This is for one of our fire station's anual golf tournament.

No fail cookie recipe with Antonias Icing.I used my Kopykake projector to project flounder on a clam shaped cookie. The fish cutter alone was too small and I was charging quite abit for each cookie so...I did 50 of these yesterday!

I made this cake for my cousins baby shower. She wanted a pink my little pony cake. The decor was free hand and filled in using a star tip. It was covered with homemade buttercream icing.

I didn't have a Little Suzy's Zoo cake pan so I just pattern transfered a picture of Witzy from my computer onto my 12x18 sheet cake with piping gel.

The writing says "40 isn't anything a shot won't cure". Our Deputy Chief of EMS turned 40, and of course, we had to rub it in! Used the Little Hero pan and mimicked the police officer instructions.

This cake was fun to do and loved by everyone at the party. I was at the party and cut the cake. I made the kids laugh when I took the body out of the cake and then proceeded to take the ariel head off (just for fun), the 4 and 5 year olds said AHHH and laughed. Too cute.

All made of fondant. Would change a few things if I did it again. Just started doing cake decorating about a month ago so it's all a learning curve!!

This was a cute cake. White chocolate fondant covered cake, with under the sea-type toys attached with royal icing, and edible glitter over the top.

First birthday cake for my niece, I am her only Aunty so I really wanted to do something special. Gumpaste figure & flowers. I am really happy with how this one turned out as I struggled with the design for weeks. I think it all came together right at the end. Thank you to everyone who helped me along the way!

Cake done in BC and decorated with fondant accents, Rocket, Annie, Leo, Quincy and June all modeled from fondant. There are trees and shrubs all around the second tier, but you can't see those in the pic. Also, due to backdrop being black, you can't see the music notes hanging on wires, since they are also black. The theme for this came from watching a waterfall scene with Rocket, we thought they should save the whales at the bottom:)

This cake was covered with BC. The rocket ship, butterflies, catapiller and bee were made of MMF. The characters were edible images. The little trees had individually piped leaves.

I used the pirate ship birthday cake kit to make this for my son's best friends birthday last weekend. I was in a hurry and would have done some things differently, starting with adding more heigth to the bow of the ship and more detail such as windows and "water" to hide the tin foil covered cake board. Overall, I'm pleased, and the three year old boy who recieved it was over the moon.
