This cake is for a 50th wedding anniversary. The couples children gave them a surpise anniversary party. They wanted a 4 tiered wedding cake for the party. The cake is 12", 10", 8" and 6". It is WASC with buttercream. The initial is done in fondant. The 50, ribbon & buttercream are gold color however this picture didn't show the true color. This cake was inspired by Helipops and Rocketgirl889's Calla lillies cake. I still have a long way to go, my cake didn't turn out as good. I also did a cucpcake table.

I made this for my litlle baby boy. I have made lots of little baby angel girl cakes but this is my first angel boy cake. I was worried it would look too feminine but I really like how it turned out! The moon and stars are GP, the angel is fondant. The initial plate is mounted on GP. Thanks for looking!

This is a cake for the woman who constantly challenges my cake decorating skills. If it weren't for her, I'm not sure I'd still be doing this. French Vanilla cake, buttercream filling, buttercream under fondant. Everything is edible. Her initials are on the lid using royal icing and then painted gold. The bracelet was the most time consuming part.

These were for a 5th birthday. Thanks to Carmie00 for the Hello Kitty idea!
NFSC with my variation of Alice's Cookie Icing. For some reason my black has been bleeding lately. It's never done that before.

This wedding cake was for a couple that was having a very small wedding. I was not given any instruction on this cake other than the bride likes the color pink. This was a second marriage for both bride and groom. These were the first gumpaste roses I have done. I did the couples initial for the topper. This cake is 6" and 8" tiers, WASC with buttercream and fondant accents. The bow, initial, ribbon border, roses are all fondant/gumpaste. The pearls are white dragees dused in super pearl dust.

This square stacked cake was covered in mint green fondant, circled in brown bands, and finished with tiny pale pink polka dots. The tiers were carrot cake/cream cheese, german chocolate/coconut pecan, and vanilla/raspberry with filling. I fashioned my own cutters to make the Lily of the Incas gum paste flowers to match the brides bouquet. The "K" is half gumpaste and half fondant and painted with iridescent dust that shimmered and echoed the green and brown tones of the cake.

a VERY last minute order (like 7 days beorfe the big day last minute!!) aparently (from what i could gather) a family friend was supposed to make the cake but then freaked out and there was a mad dash to find soemone to do it and of course i felt bad so i squeezed it in lol! lucky it was a simple design, fondant topped with silk flowers (lucky i had some left over form another cake i had just made) and all painted in my super white pearl lustre (yes i am aware i am obsessed lol) satin ribbon border and bow (when i was told that they wanted they bow left so long i was really doubtfull and thought it would look stupid!! but i totally admit to being wrong i think it looked really elegant!!!) diamonte buckle in the bow, diamonte initials (non edible) and sitting on one of my handmade stands :-)

I made this cake for my SIL’s Baby Shower. Each block was a different flavor: Chocolate with Raspberry filling, White with Lemon Curd filling, White with Raspberry filling and Butter cake with Chocolate filling. Blocks are 2 layers each baked in a 5x5x3 pan and torted to make 4 layers total. They are iced in BC with BC borders & letters and MMF cutouts.

It's hard to come up with a modern design for clients with modern taste. This cake was for a baby shower who's host didn't want anything "baby-ish" -- this cake was 3 layers, covered in white MMF and then MMF dots. The baby's first initial is also cut out of fondant.

Here is a cake and cupcakes I had to do...not a fancy picture, but I wasn't too excited with the cake, as its rather plain. The olive is a cute thing they added since the couple has an infant they nicknamed "Olive" so she had me add that. She didn't want much else on the cupcake. The real cupcakes have the initials on them. I used the new Lucks airbrush shimmer and it didn't make them very gold. Hmm. Oh well. The big cupcake is 6"/8"/9" rounds, varying placement. All is buttercream.

This was my 3rd cake. I designed it for my niece who thinks she is a queen. She was turning 13. I used buttercream icing and fondant for the "jewels" on the crown.

I made this cake for a friend's baby shower. I was given a picture by another friend and tried to make it resemble what she wanted. The cake is covered in buttercream icing with fondant polka dots and stripes. My friend wanted it to have a "fondant covered" look, but with buttercream. I tried my best to round the edges of the buttercream to make it look more like a fondant covered cake. Everybody seemed to like it. Top layer is chocolate, bottom layer is a vanilla. Chocolate letters gave me trouble but the mom-to-be enjoyed them.
