!/2 sheet, double layer all frosted and decorated with Pastry Pride. I traced her head, face, arms and legs onto a wilton sugar sheet and colored with edible markers. The skirt was simply a ruffle tip. This was a fun cake to make because I had not heard of Fancy Nancy! Thanks for looking!

My sis-in-law loves shabby chic, and when she talked about decorating with bunting for her baby shower I immediately thought of maggidup's lovely cake. Everything is fondant. Since I live in California where silver dragees are banned, I swirled plain dragees with silver airbrush paint in a bowl with a brush for a similar effect. Instructions for the baby teddy bear are in the book Modelling Fancy-Dress Babies by Frances McNaughton. I used the Holly Products baby head mold for the face, and the Frankly Sweet Multi-Mould for the hands. TFL!

Made this for my mother in law who loves this type of style, especially cherubs. She really loved it. Cherubs were white chocolate done in molds and painted with vodka/luster dust mix.

My third or fourth and almost last time at attempting cake pops. Those dang things finally stayed on. The coating was a little thick for my liking, but I balanced that out by not using any frosting at all. So glad I didn’t give up. These turned out more beautiful than I expected and I think they would be perfect for a wedding, shower, or baptism favors. I tried two different designs. These two different colored butterflies and the gold and blue, painted with luster dust. Loved them both.
