This cake is my second one. It is a coconut cake with mango and whipped cream filling. It was inspired from one of the pictures of cake central gallerie. It was made for my nephew first birthday celebration and as usual I had a lot of fun makink it!

Cake is 10" and 6" with the top carved into a tent. Cakes are iced in BC and all decorations are in fondant. I painted the characters but next time I'll just color the fondant in the first place.

Hey JoJo, Whatdya say? This is the very first cake I've been paid for! WooHoo! None of the local bakeries had anything pre-fab for JoJo, so a friend recommended me to do the cake. It's a chocolate cake, BCT of JoJo, Goliath & Croakie. Little Maggie was very excited when she saw it.

Create a stage for the Wilton Circus Animals by using 2/3rds of a round cake on top of a sheet cake.

Pipe your circus clowns with a star tip, and add circus peanuts as a great whimsical border

This little "smash" cake was in addition to the big Jo Jo's Circus cake I did. When I told her grandma that I was going to make a smash cup cake for the little girl and they had no idea it was going to look like this! They loved it:)

This is a circus ball cake I did for my best friends little boy who turned one. This cake is shown without the topper. Originally I made royal icing figures to match the plates but guess what, they broke. So I piped clowns on the top as a back up. I will post a pic of the completed cake as soon as I download it. The cake is chocolate with chocolate whipped cream filling. The cake is based on Kate Sullivans circus ball cake except mine is iced in buttercream and hers was covered in fondant.

This was a complete nightmare!!! The lady saw this in the 2004 Wilton yearbook. I said that I could do it. I used a 9 inch round instead of an 8 thinking that would work better. However...I should have done it like the book said! It was very hard to get even divisions!

This is a ccc I made for my niece's bday. The theme was Jojo's circus and I took the picture from the invitation and did my very first FBCT!!! (not counting the one I did to practice). I was thrilled with the results. I love this technique!!!! (my icing could use some work though!).

Okay, so this is my version of Jojo's Circus Tent. It was the Adults' cake for a 2 yr old's birthday party. The bottom is an 8 inch round with raspberry Italian meringue buttercream filling and yellow Italian meringue buttercream icing; red fondant stripes. The top is a wonder mold with raspberry filling as well and covered in light blue fondant. All decorations are fondant. Thanks for looking!

I made this for my daughter's second birthday. Jojo is colorflow. The cake is buttercream and rolled buttercream. I used 3 9" round pans and the doll dress pan for the top. Peanut butter buttercream was used for the filling. It was a big hit. My camera is messed up so the colors shown don't appear the same as the actual cake. Thanks for looking!

This is a cake for someone with JoJo theme. It is a 10" square; with a Pampered Chef batter bowl used for making the tent cake. This is decorated with buttercream and freehanded like all my cakes. The customer wanted to use figurines to keep the price down. I love the bright colors; it makes the cake stand out.

Made this for my son's 4th birthday Sunday. He wanted chocolate cake and I wanted carrott since it was Easter so . . . the circus tent is chocolate with bc and fondant, while the main cake is carrott with crusting cream cheese. I was pretty pleased with the results and my son loved it!

Did this for my twin's 5th birthday this weekend. We had a carnival theme! All made in fondant - covered the cake in MMF which drove me nuts and modelled the clown in Wilton fondant!

A friend and I made this Jojo's Circus cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday. The base is a simple sheet cake, the tent is two 8" rounds stacked and then the dome is made from the Wondermold pan. We used butter cream frosting and added dyed coconut and the Circus characters. It was a HUGE hit at the party!
