I made this cake for my son's 6th bday for the school party.
One was vanilla and the other was chocolate sponge cake, with BC filling. For the track i used crushed oreo biscuits, as suggested. I saw this cake on another site and when i showed my son he wanted one .......

I made this cake at the end of taking Wilton Course 3. In course 3 we learned the basketweave technique & also how to make quite a few different types of flowers using royal icing, which is what all the flowers on this cake are made of.

12" sqaure & 8" round. Both double layer, almond flavored white cake with fresh strawberry filling and almond BC icing and chocolate covered strawberries. The Methodis cross & flame done in the chocolate transfer method that Squirrelly posted. LOVED IT & SO EASY! Had to deliver the cake 50 miles away. Top cake shifted on the drive over. Thank goodness I was able to use the Choco Strawberries to hide it. This was probably the most perfect/even cake I did until the drive over. <sigh>

This was a suprise gift for my best friend & her husband. The cake is chocolate & white swirled together. The icing is white & choco butter cream. This was my 1st attempt at string work & is not all that great. I was experimenting with different tips, not really knowing what to do with them! The picture is a edible photo of them cutting the cake on their wedding day. This cake was done in a few hours with no prior preperation or an idea of what to make!

I made this cake for a friend whose bicycle club is having their 30th anniversary. I was unable to transfer their logo onto the cake (it was a quite detailed picture of a guy on a bike) because it is LITERALLY 106 degrees today and I have a swamp cooler (no ac) and so the heat and humidity were working against me so the buttercream didn't fully crust so I couldn't put the parchment paper transfer onto the cake. I freehanded the bike, I hate it, but it was all I could do. The roses and daisys are gumpaste

My first FBCT cake! The transfer cracked when I put it on the cake, but with some support from my DH and a dry paintbrush, I was able to mend the break! I got the image from clipart online and made a mirror image in MS Photodraw.

I made a cake for both my co-workers and one of the likes to fish and the other likes orange roses and both like cookies and cream so I came up with this cake. This was my first ice cream cake. I'm still a beginner so I didn't get to really detail it. Everyone at work loved it!!

This cake has the two bottom tiers stacked with the top six inch cake tiered on wine glasses. The cake is iced in butter cream with small butter cream hearts pipped on and silver dragees as an accent. The ribbon is a shear candy apple red that is double wrapped to bring out the color. The cake topper is a silver and crystal double hearts. All the flowers are fresh roses.

This is a 12"X15" single layer vanilla sheet cake tinted orange. Iced and decorated with butter cream. Dirt under tombstones is crushed graham crackers and brown sugar. The tombstones, moon and knot in the tree are fondant. Bats, spider and skeleton are plastic decorations. Made for a neighborhood Halloween parade after party as a donation.

This was my final cake for course 1. I made the class buttercream frosting but with cocoa in it. I think that frosting is delicious, and my whole family loved it. The roses aren't as hard as they look.

I just started to make fondant, and thought I would share my second one
The Marshmallow Fondant from day one was so easy to make, that I was hooked, never had one problem, I would also like to send my chocolate small one.
It is always nice to have a lovely cake around the house incase of company.
This is a three layer white butter cake, covered with
Butter cream frosting, filling with raspberry cream my own simple recipe
That I would be happy to share, than covered with M&M Fondant.
I made the bow from M&M, and dry meringue.

I made this cake for a neighbors 7th birthday party. Her theme was polka dots so I iced the cake with butter cream icing. Then simply I used round cut-outs to make the polkadots from the rolled fondant. Her name was freehand. It was a little more difficult. Seeing the birthday girls face made it all worth the hard work.

These are actually decorated Twinkies (per the customers request). Her son LOVES Sponge Bob and Twinkies and she wanted to incorporate both. All butter cream icing. The son took them to school for his birthday - I feel really bad for the teacher, talk about a sugar high!

Thanks for looking!

Staring form the bottom up of the cake: The bottom layer is a thin layer (1/2 inch) baked cookie dough, then peanut butter cream (a mix of heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla and creamy peanut butter), then a chocolate cake moistened with kahlua syrup (Kahlua liquor and confectionary sugar) and the top layer is peanut butter icing ( heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, Hershey's cocoa powder, sugar and peanut butter) and to finish I put some cut peanut butter cups.
