These were done for my kids' Kindergarten & Preschool classes. I was supposed to make the ears out of fondant, but didn't have enough last night at 11:30 and decided to use paper instead. Icing is buttercream decorated with M&M's and Jelly Beans

I had to make another cake for my other child's Easter party. I liked the way the other cake came out, so I did another very similar with subtle differences. First off, my Papa Bunny wasn't so laid back on this one. I propped him & Mama Bunny up against a glass over night until they dried a bit and would stop oozing (MMF). Please give me constructive criticism on this. Thanks!

This is my take on the Debbie Brown tree stump. I made it into an Easter cake by adding lots of little tiny easter eggs all around the cake. I also put in an easter lamb! I also added a little fairy!

This was a 12 inch double layer cake iced with butter cream in a basket weave. I bought some donut holes filled with jelly and covered them with fondant and decorated them like easter eggs. Two chocolate easter bunnies, some peeps, marshmallow figures and malted milk eggs were placed on top with the fondant "eggs". A fondant covered dowel topped with a jelly bean and Happy Birthday banner was placed behind the bunnies. Piped butter cream "easter grass" finished the cake.

This is an all around first for me. This is my first Carrot Cake, my first fondant 3-D figures, my first time working with gumpaste and my first themed cake. The little sign is gum paste and says "Do Not Feed Bunnies". The 3-D bunnies are made out of fondant. One bunny is going in it's rabbit hole and another is coming out of his rabbit hole. I hope y'all like it.

I made the bunny cupcakes using large marshmallows cut in 1/4, sprinkled with pink sugar, blue M&M's for eyes, pink jellybean for nose and Chiclets for teeth. The cheeks were piped icing, flattened by finger and sprinkled with dessicated cocoanut. The chicks were right off the site, M&M's and jelly beans. The Wilton cupcake tower made it a lovely Easter centerpiece!

This cake is from the Wilton 2006 book. It's a little smaller than the original instructions (could only fit 2 bunnies instead of 3). All buttercream with sugar cookie bunnies.

These cakes are covered in buttercream. The animals and clothes on the clothesline are made from MMF. This was only my second major order (outside of my family) so I am still learning. There were a lot of mistakes that I made in the process. Hopefully each one will get better.

Yep... Carrot Cake in the shape of a Carrot Cake. I fell in love with the recipe for this moist carrot cake! Coated with cream cheese icing. I used MMF to cover it and make the bunnies. Lumps and bumps for that real carrot look!

These are cookies that I made this afternoon to send my grandkiddos for Easter. They are very soft, rolled sugar cookie with royal icing. There are Easter eggs, bunnies, chicks and butterflies. Thanks to AgentCakeBaker for the idea for the bunny's ADORABLE! (My camera flash it's not the best quality picture!)

Paul (my precious 10 year old nephew) stayed over last night. He baked these cupcakes from scratch, well he did all the mixing preparation etc, i just put them in the oven. Then we decorated together, i did some, and he did these. They are going to be taken to his grandmother's tonight for dinner. They are vanilla buttercake covered in fondant. I think he did a fantastic job on them.
