This cake the reason I now own an airbrush.
The crimson red icing was so hard to achieve.
The elephant I made out of fondant.
The 4 year old was in heaven over this cake.
Anybody have any tips on how to take better pictures of cakes. The cakes always are better in person than in pics.

University of Alabama's mascot, Big AL, FBCT placed on a Chocolate-Chocolate Chip cake filled w/Mock Twinkie Filling & frosted w/BC. Yellow cake football frosted w/Chocolate BC & pom-poms are Classic White Amaretto cake w/BC streamer thingies. Anyway, it was a fun cake for an adult birthday party. Since on the day of the party, Bama lost to Arkansas by 1 point, I hope my cakes scored big in feeding the emotionally distressed fans. After all, eatin' cake makes everybody happy! Right? Thanks for looking!

I made this cake in a hurry for my son. I had another cake picked out, but the night before he changed his mind and wanted this one. I had yellow football goals made from fondant, but they didn't have enough time to dry. I wasn't very happy with it, but he liked it, and I guess that's all that really matters.

A cake for my friend's brother. My brother's are huge Alabama fans but they never have the opportunity to be in town when I can make one. Maybe one day they'll both get one.

I made this cake a while ago for the CPO Transition for the USS Alabama. I used B/C to cover, because really who likes to eat fondant? The three anchors are color flow with luster. Simple rope border and writing. This was a last minute cake. The chain around the anchors was so hard..... but we had to have a cake. What is a party without cake!

A cake to celebrate a young mans college graduation and his new job offer in Alabama. So I tried to combine the two occasions into one design. My third attempt at FBCT in 2 days - But they are tougher to do on smaller items. Thanks for looking and I appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Here is my first firs groom's cake. The groom is a huge Alabama fan so I tried to do something very unique and creative. He loved the cake. Carving out a cake is not as hard as I imagined it would be. It was actually quite easy. This cake is made up of 8 sheet cakes (4 stacked 2 high) and then carved out to make the Alabama logo.

Iced in BC with fondant bill.
Funny story about this cake is that it was a last minute thing & was done in about 2 1/2 hrs, all of it. The bill was supported by a bill from another hat that I took apart. The pans are 1-6" for the bottom & 1 of the half sports ball cake pans. I think that's world record for me. Ha Ha. Enjoy.

I don't know where to begin in explaining how I made this cake except that my friend Kyleen gave me great instructions. It took over 30 hours and involved oreos and graham crackers and lots of fondant and royal icing. Thanks for looking
