these kinds of things are going to cost you an arm & a leg in shipping. Maybe you should try to find a food distributor nearby? Otherwise, as jtkempton suggested, Sam's Club & Costco have great prices. In fact, Sam's Club has powdered sugar cheaper than my local food distributor (only by a couple of cents/pound, but every penny counts!)
I buy my ingredients at BJ's Wholesale club... (similar to Sam's Club) It is probably better doing it that way than online. I only pay $2.29 for powdered sugar (4 lbs) and $1.89 for 18 eggs,

For those of you who do buy in bulk, how do you store your supplies? I priced out Costco and realized what a great deal it was, but I'm not sure how to keep everything fresh? Any advice would be apprecaited!
I hit Sam's Club up for Veg. oil, Crisco (solid), confectioner's sugar, non-stick spray & sweetened condensed milk.
I would love to know if there is any place for pudding too. I bet Sam's has Sour Cream, but I don't think I would use it up fast enough to keep it fresh.

I actually go through it fast enough that I don't worry about it spoiling. You could probably use a foodsaver for some things, those things are great!
Here in Oregon, we have a store called Cash 'n' Carry. They have all sorts of things for restaurants and bars, equipment, foodstuffs, etc. I don't know if they're local, regional, or national. Let your fingers do the walkin', and see if you can find them or something similar.
For storage of bulk items, Lexans or Cambros are food-grade plastic containers that come in all sizes, several shapes, and other options. They're usually marked with volume increments on the outside, so you can keep close count of your inventory. You can find these at your local restaurant supply co.
Most are open to the public, and have INCREDIBLE prices. It's where I get all my sheet pans and cooling racks, not to mention lot of other kitchen goodies/gadgets. BTW...it's a GREAT resourse if you're looking into buying any used restaurant equipment, like Hobart mixers, etc.
Check out your local restaurant supply stores, everyone! You'll wonder how you got along so long without them!
I was at Smart & Final here in San Diego last week and saw that they do carry bulk packages of instant jell-o gelatin and pudding in a couple of flavors. It comes in one large bag though and I cannot recall the size but it was easily a pound of mix.
Sam's is definitely the best place I've found for my powdered sugar, and you get the 10x sifted bag. Funny thing is, at Walmart you cannot find 10x sifted. I was going to Kroger for that but once I discovered it at Sam's I was thrilled. Actually I'm headed there after work for a couple 7 lb bags...
7 lbs for 4 bucks or 8 lbs for 4.58** It's about the same 
You can call your local walmart supercenter and order items by the case. Items like cake mixes, pudding, powder sugar, chocolate chips, ect are much easier to deal with this way.
Besides Sam's Club, Gordon Food Services (GFS) is another place to check out. They don't require membership like Sam's Club does and they focus mostly on food items and kitchen supplies. Some things you can find cheaper at Sam's, but they other items like large packages of instant pudding and 50# boxes of Sweetex hi-ratio shortening (you need to special order the Sweetex).
You might also want to keep an eye on the sales of your local grocery stores. I've noticed that sometimes the store brands of certain items, like sweetend condensed milk and chocolate chips, can be gotten cheaper when they are on sale compared to the everyday Sam's Club prices.
I have large bins for the dry things, like flour regular sugar, powdered sugar, salt, brown sugar etc... I have a seperate cooler for the refrigerated items, like the eggs, milk, sour cream.You could use a seperate frig for just your cake stuff, For my catering stuff, I use another cooler. I don't like mixing smells.
