Thank you everyone. I actually just finished a last minute retirement cake for someone. I have such a hard time saying no. My birthday cake wasn't even decorated. I was lazy but it sure was yummy. I used the Cake Doctor Peaches and Cream cake recipe and cool whip since my dad had to cut back on sugar. Isn't that terrible, I didn't even make my icing.
