WELCOME TO OUR ADDICTION!!!
Make a sheet cake and with fondant cut out the shape of a fish and carefully cut out the fish into puzzle pieces and use some royal icing on it to make the scales and eyes. Then lay it on the cake like a finished puzzle.. Maybe leaving a few off distant like you didn't finish the puzzle.. you could write something like, " Fishing can be a puzzling hobby".. Just a thought.. HEY is puzzling a word????? LOL
Good luck! P.S. your cakes look great!

There is a cake in the new Wilton book of a fisherman, its a round cake, and has a man in a boat on the top, he's holding a fishing pole, and the top of the cake is the water and the sides show the fish and under the water scene. You might be able to go to the Wilton website and find it, if not, pm me and I'll try to figure out how to attacth it, or I can scan it and email it to you if interested.
