I don't know about fondant directions, but you can take clay directions and change a few things and use them. icon_wink.gif

If you want to make upright animals you may want to use marizapan.
What exactly are you trying to make?? 3D type animals?? There is a book called MARZIPAN MAGIC Animal Modeling Made Easy. This may help you.

I have a baby shower cake to make and the theme is Noah's Ark.
I want to make the animals 3D.

Check the Wilton Yearbooks...some of them have directions on making different animals.

There are tons of books for modeling clay, and the ones I use are for plasticine. They're great!
