book on how to make fondant animals?

I don't know about fondant directions, but you can take clay directions and change a few things and use them.

If you want to make upright animals you may want to use marizapan.
What exactly are you trying to make?? 3D type animals?? There is a book called MARZIPAN MAGIC Animal Modeling Made Easy. This may help you.

Check the Wilton Yearbooks...some of them have directions on making different animals.

There are tons of books for modeling clay, and the ones I use are for plasticine. They're great!
