can someone fill me in on how to use the wilton cake patterns on their website?

The patterns go along with the Wilton Yearbooks. The Wilton site says that patterns are available online for Wilton Wedding Dream Cakes and the 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 Yearbooks. In those YBs are cake decorating instructions that sometimes call for using a pattern. How you use a particular pattern would be in those instructions.
