Hi It's Me again with a cake decorating delima. Does anyone out there know how to make eucalyptus (I think I spelled it ok) leaves out of a frosting...I have a client that wants me to put a Koala bear on her cake with those types of leaves and she wants it done in cream cheese frosting. I've got how to do the frosting just LOST on how to do the leaves. So Please help if you have any ideas. I need it before Monday.
Thank you guys!

http://www.cakesbysam.com/store/gumpaste_flowers/leaves.htm -you can buy these but since you need the leaves now it at least gives you a picture to use
http://www.eaglestock.com/koala2237074-15.htm -here's a pic of a koala in the tree; here's my guess at how you could do the leaf based on this pic- use wilton tip 366 ( http://www.wilton.com/store/site/product.cfm?id=3E30DB60-475A-BAC0-5F3FA565FBB1E017 ) but instead of making the leaf short, pull it out as you are squeazing to make the leaf more elongated. Hope this makes sense and hope it helps.
