Does anyone have any directions on how to make / carve a sneaker cake, either 3-d or carved out of a sheet cake??

I have to make a cake for a man client who LOVES shoes......

That is great.....anyone got any ideas for a sheet cake one.....just in case I chicken out and don't try that one!!

You could do a BC transfer of the running shoe...and just put it on top of the sheet cake...or free hand a running shoe on top of cake and use the star tip to fill it in...
