Hello Everyone,
I have no idea how to get my butter cream smooth & flat. Is there something I can do? I see alot of cakes frosted with it that look really nice and I would like to achieve it also. Thanks icon_biggrin.gif

Hi
Check out the article on CC. It's called Upside Down Icing Technique for Perfectly Smooth Icing. Totally awesome. I use it all the time.

Thanks very much Michelle, I will have to try that tomorrow. I guess I should have researched the site a little better. I sometimes have a hard time finding what I am looking for on the site.
Thanks,
RoseAnn
