I am attempting my first batch of IMBC today using the recipe from CC. My question is this...If I dont like all butter BC (too buttery), will I like IMBC? If it's too buttery can I add a little powdered sugar at the end?
Also, can the Lorann emulsions be used in icings or are they made for baking?

Can't help with the IMBC, you might try a pm to ShirleyW - she uses it quite a bit.
