I just made NFSC cookies tonight, I need them for a cake on Friday.
My question is should I freeze them for a couple of days, or just store them in air tight containers till I'm ready to frost them. Just wondering what would you do? Thanks

Personally, I would freeze them. I think they taste fresher from the freezer than having been around for a few days.

I ususally freeze my ccokies when I've them ahead of time (which is usually almost everytime I make them). I think they taste just as good as they do the day they are baked.

Do you think I should put wax paper between the layers, or they'll be ok?
