Two mistakes I made turned out to make a nice combination. I made some devil's food mousse and IMBC. It was my first time making both. I'm not a fan of the IMBC but I thought the mousse was fab! I tried it out on my testers: hubby, 5yr old daughter, 4yr old son and dog (amazingly, he is picky about his icing) and they all hated the mousse. So I was planning to can both of them and dumped them in the same bowl. My daughter wanted to play with the mixtures so I let her and after mixing the gunk for about 5 minutes it turned to a beautiful light brown color. She left it alone, hubby came home from work, saw this gorgeous mixture in the bowl and decided to give it a taste. He loved it. So did Brook and the dog. I tried it and woohoo! It's fab!

Just thought I'd let everyone know in case they wanted to try it. I decided to use it anyway so we'll see how the customer likes it.

Oh great, thanks a lot. One more question, what is MMF?

MMF stands for marshmallow fondant. I've never tried it, but most people say it tasts way better than regular fondant.
