I am making my first mmf cake that is for my fathers b-day on Saturday and I plan to decorate on Friday. From what I have read, you cannot refridgerate fondant, but I was planning on using a chocolate pudding filling. So I guess my question really is, what type of fillings do you usually use in your cakes when you cannot refridgerate them??? I will be making a chocolate cake. Please give me some suggestions, time is running out! I am desperate!!
