Wolfgang Puck 700W Stand Mixer Red - It normally goes for about $200, I think I may be able to get it for half price....

Any one have this and/or can compare to a Kitchenaid 600 (I saw a post a few days ago where everyone was raving about the Kitchenaid...but it's also 3x the price!! )

Sorry - can't help you. I just hope the WP mixer is better than their coffee drink tastes!

I can't tell yo about Wolfgang Puck's 700W Stand Mixer, but I can tell you that I LOVE my KA 600 PRO.

I've had my Wolfgang Puck mixer for about 6 months now and I LOVE it. I've never had a KA to compare to, but it can handle whatever I put in it - including MMF and double batches of stiff cookie dough. I don't even have to stop and scrape the bowl. It works great for buttercream and royal icing, too.
I say if you can get it for half the price, go for it!
