Sorry, But Another Pricing ? 1St Order This Big...

Help me, please. Now that you all have helped me decide how big to make the cakes, I need help with the pricing.
1st CAKE: 8" double layer red velvet on top of 10" double layer red velvet, both layered with white BC, covered with white BC, with royal accents
2nd CAKE: 12" double layer carrot with cream cheese frosting, and gum paste bow (basically the wrapped package look)
Not a wedding cake. Don't know if that matters.
Any ideas would be great! Thanks.
I have kind of a hard time coming up with pricing too. I just charged 35$ for that same cake, the 8" red velvet with buttercream, only I had strawberry filling in mine. I made about 20$ profit. I called some bakeries around here to compare prices, to make sure mine aren't too high, yet I can't go any lower 'cause it wouldn't be worth it.

Thanks for the help. Anyone else want to throw in their 2cents. I know you all aren't shy ......
Small. The only bakeries around here, don't do anything like this. They only do the basic stuff, so I don't have anything to go on. The only thing I know is 3 years ago I got a 12x18 with edible image a few roses and "happy birthday" on it, and it cost $30. Does that help?
The 1st cake I would say at least $70. The 2nd cake I would say at least $45.
Hope this Helps
Angela
Have you tried breaking everything down to find out what it costs to make? I find that if I do that and then times it by (3), I come up with a very fair price. sometimes I need to adjust up/down, but overall it gives me a starting point!
