I am making a cake for diabetics. Has anybody come across any recipes for carrot cakes or cream cheese frostings that eliminate the sugar? Is it possible to use a sugar substitute?

Thanks!

I have not tried any of them but if you go to the recipes section and search on sugar free there is a recipe called splenda carrot cake and there is also a recipe for sugar free cream cheese icing.

Also, on the recipe list on the right side of the screen in the recipe section there is a diabetic cake section. Again, I have not tried any of these but I would like to know how they are. I have a request for a sugar free cake, too.
