im making my very first cake in a few weeks for my sons 2nd birthday.

some girls on here told me that MMF is really simple to make.

im kind of curious if the MMF tastes better than the fondant from the store?

and what flavor MMF would go good with a chocolate cake?

MMF is fairly easy to make, (be careful not to add too much ps at the beginning) Store bought fondant is also very good, except the Wilton brand. It is easy to use, but less than pleasing taste-although it is better than it used to be.

You can flavor MMF with whatever you like, but with chocolate, the marshmallow-vanilla flavor is fine. many people don't eat it anyway.
