Would ya'll recommend candy clay for flowers? Nothing really fancy, but I saw the tutorial on calla lillies and I was wondering if it would work for those. What about roses? Would it work for those?
Thanks all!
Christy
It works fine, you just have to work faster and let it rest so it doesn't get too warm and melt. I know I've seen some beautiful chocolate roses, I just can't think of where.

I have used it for both and had great results, the only piece of avvice I have is , work quickly or set it down every couple of minutes and work on another flower or something.. for a few minutes, it will melt on ya. I have a chocolate cake in the gallery with all chocolate clay roses on it. Hope this helps!
Thanks, guys. It just seems to me that it would be easier to make candy clay than gumpaste. I can run to Walmart and get the ingredents. Also, correct me if Im wrong here, but gumpaste isnt really edible is it? I mean it doesnt taste good, does it?
