Wondering which would be best to work with when making 3 D figures

I think you can use any of the three. I have used fondant and I have seen a lot of figures made out of the marzipan. I just recently bought some marzipan but haven't played with it yet. I am not positive but I believe you can use the gumpaste also because that is what a lot of people use to make their flowers with. Good luck and hope this helps some!
