Pesky Air Bubbles

I made the petit four icing using candy melts and whipping cream. I have tons of bubbles icon_cry.gif I've made this before without problems, not sure what I did wrong this time. Any suggestions???

I've never made it with candy melts and whipped cream but when I've made it with poured fondant I get bubbles. Just wack the bowl on the counter to bring the bubbles to the surface so they can pop. I do that w/Chocolate too. HTH icon_smile.gif

did you stir too vigorously or allow it to simmer or boil?

try tapping the bowl on the counter and letting the bubles rise to the top....
