I wish i have searched cakecentral before i purchased from them. They are not a good company. They are an especially greed store.

I purchased 55 dollars(3 items) with their new over 50 dollar free shipping promotion and 2 items were out of stock They told me to order something else or I have to pay for shipping. I chose to cancel my whole order. and was told there will be a 4.65 total for cancellation.

It was 15% restocking fee for the one pulled items and plus 3% on the cancellation of the whole order.

They told me it is on their site very clear that it is out of stock.

My question is if it is permanently out of stock , why does this shaddy business allow you to add to your cart and let you pay for it?

I assume if i can add to the cart, there is stock. I did not know when you are on their site, you have to look carefully to see if they have stocks on hand. They have the right to list all they want but it seems like a trap for us.

And they told me when I checked out , I already agreed to the 15% and 3% rule.

I don't remembered reading it but they are very sure of it. I want to be fair and I try not to twist the fact. However, I don't recommend shopping with this particular greedy and unfair store unless you are 100% sure they have stocks on hand and unless you don't mind 15% plus 3% fee for cancellation if there is a problem with your order.

In my case, nothing was sent. Everything is still in their warehouse. I don't understand the fees.

I don't think it is fair at all.

********** in Ohio is the one I am referring to. Now i have no supplies and -4.65 dollars for dealing with them.

They don't take calls and they have the worst customer services.

There are consumer protection laws. File a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.
