ASo I made a purple, blue and pink cake I cut off quite a bit to level it out. I'm wondering if I can make the pink leftover cake red and the blue cake green. I'm going to a cookie exchange and want to know if it would be possible to take the leftover cake and make Xmas cake pops.

AIf you're making cake pops, you could put some gel colour into the pop mix when you're mixing the buttercream to the cake crumbs. That should dye it OK.
