AHi so I got these cookie trays and wrap for them I am planning on making cookies to give to Everyone on Christmas Day my plan was to bake and assemble cookies on trays then wrap and store them in a cool place like the closet how soon can I do that without them going bad

AI made all my cookies a couple of weeks ago. All tucked up in the freezer ready for Christmas.:D

i wish i had the space to freeze all of them i live in an apartment and my freezer is tiny
