Alright have an order thats going out tomorrow around 12pm and since I have other orders to work on was hoping to just make it now the entire thing and get it out of the way.  The cake is a rosette cake on the bottom and a giant cupcake on top...I'm afraid the candy shell will crack? What is the turn the fridge a bit warmer?

You don't need to fridge it unless you are using perishable ingredients in your cake fillings/coverings. I would just box it up and leave it at room temp.

Cake that is perishable goes bad very quickly. It can lose its value if not appropriately stored or transported, or if not utilized within a certain period. It can have only a limited shelf life if it is not refrigerated.

Being one among the best wedding planners in chennai, i don't want to spoil our reputation by making minor mistakes in storing and tranporting the cake. So, i would suggest you not to refrigerate it, when you use non-perishable ingredients in your cake. Then, you can just store it under a normal room temperature safely.
