The upper tier has this crumbly silver finish that I'd like to replicate. I sent a message to the company who made it but they haven't reply yet...I don't know if they will. Does someone has an idea how to do it?

Thanks in advance!

AHi there, I can't zoom in close enough on my phone, but could it be bas relief? Here's a link that might help... http://cakegeek.co.uk/index.php/bas-relief-cake-decorating/

ASomeone posted a video tutorial on here the other day, showing how it's done. They used piping gel around the fondant, and then put those little round rainbow candy sequins like you can buy in the supermarket. And paint with luster dust mixed with vodka. If you look back through recent posts you should be able to find it.
