Hi,

I am making a wedding cake with a double height in the middle. i have seen a few options for covering a round cake but the one I am doing is square and I want nice sharp edges.

I'm wondering if I should do it all in one, wrap fondant around it and put a top on, or do it in sections?

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks

AYou can do it either way, but I find the wrap method easier with a tall tier like this.

Thanks, I was leaning towards that way. Hopefully I can get nice sharp edges. :-D
