I'm going to assume that you are aware that you technically can't sell copyrighted images like minnie mouse and are choosing to ignore this and plan to do it anyway.  I'm also going to assume that you are a home baker and have checked in to whether it is legal to sell cakes from home, what those limitations are, and have followed the appropriate procedure to legally sell your cakes.  Please forgive me if these are incorrect assumptions.

Google baby minnie mouse and you will find that image.  I would print the image from a color printer and have it made in to an edible image. Then place the edible image on gumpaste, cut around it and let it dry.  Once it is dry you can attach a skewer or cake pop stick or two to the back and place in the cake like that.  I would make the 3D cupcake out of fondant.

As far as pricing, there are a lot of different factors that play in to how your cakes should be priced.  They will vary for most, so it's not always helpful to just have someone guess what they would charge.  If you use the search engine at the top right of the page and search for pricing cakes you will find a lot of wonderfully helpful information.

That is selling the cake...so you are contravening the copyright laws.

AI said she is willing to pay, not that I was accepting the money. I only asked how much out of curiosity in case one day I ever can sell cakes once it is legal. So for the record NO I AM NOT accepting money. If you were curious as to me breaking the law or not you should have straight up asked instead of assuming, I do cakes for friends as gifts. So part of this little girls birthday present is the gift. I only asked a price as I saidout of curiosity only because I have never bought a custom cakes before I make them as a hobby so just relax
