The picture is very had to view.  Could you post a link to the site it is on?

From what little I can tell it looks like it might be a take off of a peony.

AYou are very welcome Adette....I cant quite tell but looking at your picture you posted it looks like they might maybe...im not sure but kinda looks like they used brooches for the center of the flowers...that would be very pretty

AI don't think they used peony cutters. In my opinion it is a plain rose petal cutter each petal wired individually and softened/ ruffled with a ball tool. Center was made with a mold i think. Peony cutter are really Expensive if you can avoid buying them you would save yourself a bit of cash.

It's definitely not a peony. I think it's simply a 4 or 5 petal cutter, heavily frilled. It looks like there are two or three 'layers' on each flower, with a brooch mould in the centre.
