The picture is very had to view. Could you post a link to the site it is on?
From what little I can tell it looks like it might be a take off of a peony.
AThat's the only picture I had and was forwarded by the bride to be. I just cropped the picture hope this one is much clearer now.

If you Google...how to make a gumpaste peony flowers utube. ..you get several videos on how to make them:)
AYou are very welcome Adette....I cant quite tell but looking at your picture you posted it looks like they might maybe...im not sure but kinda looks like they used brooches for the center of the flowers...that would be very pretty
AI think you are right, it has brooches at the center of the flower. Thanks for the link for the brooches :)

This site has a four piece peony cutter set that im gonna post the video where they use these cutters to make their flowers. ..
AI don't think they used peony cutters. In my opinion it is a plain rose petal cutter each petal wired individually and softened/ ruffled with a ball tool. Center was made with a mold i think. Peony cutter are really Expensive if you can avoid buying them you would save yourself a bit of cash.

You can buy this set from a craft store using a 40 or 50% coupon and make the individual petals. ...
It's definitely not a peony. I think it's simply a 4 or 5 petal cutter, heavily frilled. It looks like there are two or three 'layers' on each flower, with a brooch mould in the centre.
