Hi all,

I am a newbie at cake decorating and have always stuck to simply buttercream cakes and the odd fondant covered one. i am looking for some advice on flowers. i have made a few out of regular fondant and although they worked, were very basic and bulky. can any one please recommend to me what i should use to make them stronger and altogether better.. I am hoping to learn about making decorative flowers in much more detail and would like to start practicing. many thanks xx
