ARoll out candy clay and cut it with a ruler -- use the ruler as you go to keep it level -- after it's applied roll over it somehow with a piece of paper placed between it and a fondant smoother or just your hand or if you have a dedicated paint roller-
probably around $8 - $10 a serving -- it would not be a big time suck for an experienced decorator--
if it became a five tier cake I'd charge exponentially more or if it was 16'
those are just plain squares yes? if they have texturing or more logos then definitely upwards of $10
also I'd only do this for a family cake due to copyright constraints
Thanks K8memphis! When you say candy clay, is that the same thing as modelling chocolate?
