AI've been asked by a friend to bake and create an Audi TT car cake, convertible!! What would be the best shape tin to use to carve the cake from?

AFigure out how big you want the finished cake. I have used sheet cake pans and cut them in wide slices stacked with filling in between the layers. I chill it in the freezer and then I start carving. It helps to make templates to keep your proportion accurate. There are websites with to scale drawings that are very useful. Mike McCary of mikes amazing cakes, has a great video on making cars.

I had to sculpt a corvette for a grand opening of a corvette museum. No pressure, right!!
