AHello all,

I am delivering a wedding cake tomorrow and made the gumpaste roses well in advance. It's all in the fridge right now, will the roses be ok for tomorrow? I have to keep the cake in the fridge b/c it's actual buttercream icing with butter. Tia!!

It should be fine if it's a regular home fridge and the gumpaste was totally dry. If you're really worried about it you can take them off the cake and put them back on in the morning. I'm always nervous about it but nothing ever happens when I refrigerate gumpaste overnight.
