AHi all! I am currently selling cakes and cupcakes from home and thing have gotten very very busy! I have been saving up all my money and I'm now looking for advice on what everyone else thinks is their best investment. My thoughts have been a new/additional mixer, airbrush set, etc. This could also be something different that makes my cakes stand out from the rest. Please send me your opinion on open to all options but please remember I will still be operating from home.

Thanks in advance, Jade

A mixer and an airbrush as well, if you plan on adding airbrushing techniques to your cakes.

AMixer before airbrush. I love having mine when I need it, but I get far more use from the mixer.
