AHie, I need an advice. I made fruit mousse as cake filling many times but now I want to make mousse as filling with chopped fruits in it.. dont know how good it will be as filling. Until now I pureed fruits while making mousse. Need suggestions as I fear the fruits will make mousse runny n might hurt cake moisture making it soggy. Should I as chopped fruits on top of mousse layer.. rather confused.. help/suggestions required as soon as possible.. thanks in advance.
