AHi everyone, I'm new to the site. I am 22 with a cupcake business in Texas. I have an order for a cupcake bouquet with mini cupcakes. I've never frosted minis before, so my question is what piping tip should I use for piping roses on mini cupcakes? I have a feeling the large tips will look too large for the mini cupcakes. Thanks for your advice! :)

I would use Wilton tip #21. It is a Star like Tip..Any Star tip around that size is fine. Pipe Icing starting from the center going around to the end. :)

I would use a larger rose tip.  It would fill the top of the cupcake.  I feel the smaller tip would be way too small.  I am assuming that you're piping a buttercream rose on the mini cupcake correct?  Otherwise if you're piping small RI roses to top off the cupcakes then you could use a smaller tip.
