I hate to ask this silly question...but I must. If I make cupcakes with crushed Oreos inside and freeze them will the oreo turn to mush once the cupcake comes back to room temp?

The Oreos won't turn to mush but will become soft. Even if you just bake and serve without freezing, crisp cookies will pull in moisture from the surrounding cake. The process is moisture migration.

Thank you so much for the advice. I just purchased all 3 of your books. I'm still on the first book...the part about writing a business plan. I love to curl up and read them. You're awesome in more ways then I can say.
