AA relative wants a 2" border of rhinestones around each tier of her wedding cake - when it comes time to cut the cake at the reception - how does that happen? Not like you want to be dismantling part of the cake right there before they cut the cake........8O

You could leave a slight gap betwixt where the rhinestones start and end so as they can slide the knife down within the gap.... As they usually cut/slice the back of the cake .....

You can get those ribbons with rhinestones on them. Just tell the caterer to take the ribbon off before cutting.
