AHi everyone!!! I have been searching for ages for a really great, from SCRATCH lemon cake recipe. All I have been finding have jello or are meant to be Bundt/loaf cakes. Any favorites??

Any recipe you are good at can be turned into delicious strongly flavoured lemon cake by the addition of freshly grated rind from unwaxed lemon(s) and a spritz of the juice at the mixing stage. If its a plain cake you can add a lemon drizzle icing using the juice and icing sugar or a lovely lemon crunch topping using juice and granulated sugar or crushed cubes. Same goes for any citrus fruit.
